2-Year CrunchCup Warranty

We want you to have complete confidence in your purchase of The CrunchCup, and we stand behind its quality and workmanship. As such, we are pleased to offer a warranty on our product as outlined in this policy. 

Warranty Coverage

The CrunchCup is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us by email or phone with a description of the problem. We may ask for pictures or further details to help us understand the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a similar product of equal or greater value.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, improper maintenance, or any modifications or repairs made by a non-authorized third-party. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, fire, theft, or any other events beyond our control.

This warranty only covers the following product: The CrunchCup®. At this time, this warranty does not cover any other product listed or sold through our website.

We try to make our products last forever, but understand there may be defects during the manufacturing process which is out of our control. We use the highest grade plastic "Tritan" to provide the best, long-lasting, eco-friendly, BPA/BPS-free, cereal experience.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product (The CrunchCup®), as outlined in this warranty. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
